Matcha Protein Balls

Matcha Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 scoops vanilla protein powder (vegan or whey protein)
3 tsp culinary KEI matcha 
100 g dark chocolate 

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls.
3. Melt the dark chocolate over a stovetop or using a microwave, be careful not to burn the chocolate.

4. Dip the Matcha balls in the chocolate.

5. Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
