Refund and Return policy

As you know we sell food products and due to this we are unable to take returns for reasons such as a change of mind.

Shoshin Matcha is not liable for any loss of goods by Australian Post (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases for a product that does not arrive, we may issue a discretionary refund. When we do issue a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.

We do abide by all the relevant consumer laws within Australia and this means that if you think a product is faulty you should contact us ASAP to discuss options.
